A Picasso is on sale on the private market a week after being returned in a restitution case

According to the Wall street journal, the heirs of Paul von Mendelssohn-Bartholdy have approached art dealer Larry Gagosian, to sell the $10M Picasso drawing "Head of a woman" (1912), returned to the family on March 30 by the Washington National Gallery. The museum still denies the validity of the restitution claim.
