The French actress is supporting the GoodPlanet Foundation by taking part in its online charity auction from November 28 to December 6. A delightful chance to have lunch with her…
What do you like most: painting, objects, photography?
I'm most familiar with painting: as a child, I loved the relationship between colors and forms on paper. Setting my brush to a fresh, blank sheet has always appealed to me.
Your latest favorite in the cultural sphere?
I love being moved by a creation or a creator. A work is a new place; a true, generous link with somewhere else. That's what I felt when I saw French writer Édouard Louis declaiming his own book Qui a tué mon père (Who Killed My Father) in a solo show at the Théâtre des Abbesses.
A work you'd like to own?
A work is never possessed. It gives itself, it can be felt, it breathes, it helps you live.
The artist who moves you most?
Anyone who loses themselves in the creative act.
Do you prefer the FIAC or Biennale Paris?
I have an open mind.
Is there a guiding theme behind your acquisitions?
