Linda Ramone sait toujours comment rassembler les fans et célébrer Johnny et les Ramone en s'amusant ! Howie Pyro sera DJ et il y aura une exposition spéciale où les quatre peintures de Ramone que j'ai créées seront exposées J'ai intégré les Ramones pour la première fois en 1984, et ils sont rapidement devenus l'un de mes groupes préférés de tous les temps. Je les ai vus en concert en 1988 et 1989 et les spectacles étaient d'une intensité incroyable. Le groupe était super serré. Johnny s'est penché dans la foule et n'a même pas enlevé son blouson de cuir pendant une heure, alors qu'il transpirait à mort là-dedans. Joey avait les cheveux dans les yeux, mais il restait planté devant le micro et sonnait très bien. À certains moments, j'ai eu l'impression que j'allais suffoquer ou être écrasé, mais j'ai refusé de céder ma place juste devant. Johnny leaned into the crowd and didn’t even take his leather jacket off for an hour even though it was sweaty as hell in there. Joey’s hair was in his eyes, but he stayed planted in front of the mic and sounded great. At certain points, I felt like I was going to suffocate or be crushed, but I refused to give up my spot right at the front. It may seem weird to say you are having the time of your life fighting for your life, but that’s the only way I can describe that show.» Shepard
