First edition of this list of some 1600 plants of the island of Walcheren (incl. the cities of Middelburg, Vlissingen and Veere) in Zeeland by Pelletier (d. 1658), doctor in medicine and alderman of Middelburg. Exotic plants, including tulips and tobacco, are included in the inventory, arranged alphabetically by Latin names, with their appellations in Greek, French and Dutch. Ref.
