The plants are classified in alphabetical order together with information on their habitat, culture, usable parts, harvest, chemical composition and their uses. For the first time published in the collection "Le règne végétal [...]" between 1864 and 1871 in 17 vol. Ref. Worldcat (mentions a copy with imprint "A.
