5 drawings with religious themes. 17th and 18th c Various sizes, techniques and conditions. 1. Roundel with St Paul. Possibly a design for a glass roundel. Ca. 1700. Pen and black ink with traces of graphite, 14 cm, laid paper with watermark (Strasbourg lilly, Churchill 401), unsigned. -- 2-3. St. Barbara and The Virgin Mary. Pen and brown ink, heightened with white wash, 18,5 x 13,5 cm, grey laid paper, unsigned (some brown stains). -- 4. Peter Paul Rubens, after - The ecstacy of Ignatius of Loyola. Brown chalk heightened with white, 58 x 37 cm, thick laid paper, unsigned (trimmed around framing line, some stains and sm. tears near edges) .-- 5. Van Dyck, Anthony (circle of) - Portrait of a Jesuit. Black chalk with black gouache, heightened with white, 13 x 11,7 cm, laid paper with partial unidentified watermark, unsigned .
