Bordures en Reticella, Point coupé, aiguille, Italie, début du XVIIe siècle A motif de rosaces très finement réalisées à l'aiguille, deux en lin ivoire dont une à bords droits (petite lisière postérieure) et une dentelée (bon état, jaunissures pour les deux) et une en lin crème, la partie haute en Reticella, la partie basse en Punto in Aria à motifs élaborés de croix stylisées (fines restaurations). 50 cm x 7 cm ; 53 cm x 8 cm ; 44 cm x 13 cm Nous y joignons un morceau de ce même Punto in Aria. 14 cm x 5,5 cm Cf. "Old Italian Lace" Vol.1 Pl. 193, 200 et 234, Mme Elisa Ricci Three edgings of Italian Reticella cut work dating from the beginning of the 17th century with rosettes motifs finely worked in linen thread, a strait one with a little border added in a later period Dim. 50 cm x 7 cm and one with a scalopped border, Dim. 53 cm x 8 cm (good condition, both slightly yellowed ) and one with the upper border of Reticella and the lower border of Punto in Aria with stylised cross motif, Dim. 44 cm x 13 cm (some fine repairs) together with a small edging of the same Punto in Aria border, Dim. 14 cm x 5,5 cm.
