A 19th century violin The interior bearing a paper label inscribed Leon Bernardel, Luthier, XL bis Faub-Poissonniere ane 1899, Paris, with single piece back, housed in a faux crocodile skin case with applied label for W.E Hill & Sons, 28 New Bond Street, London W; also containing a bow. The violin 59 cm long. Probably re-strung, some general wear, some wear to case, handle re-patched.
