ATTIC RED-FIGURE KYLIX Attributed to the Salting Painter, ca. 515 - 500 BC; height cm 7,5; diam max cm 19,5; Amazing Kylix cup of type C (with a fillet between foot and stem); in the central tondo is a young athlete standing right. His equipment is complete: pick, javelins, halteres, aryballos, and a diskos decorated with a scorpion; around, the Greek inscription: KRATES KALOS. Ancient restorations.
