He is the rock-star of classical music. Seen here in 1970, Herbert von Karajan turned Mozart, Brahms and Tchaikovsky into flames. With an illuminated stick, the conductor created lines in the dark, like lightning. This Austrian conductor at the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra was recognized for introducing the great classics to the general public through the use of vinyl records.
60 x 60 cm. Printed later on fiber-based paper.
Black wooden frame, and mat.
Edition 4/30. Signed.
