Rare groupe en grès Fahua représentant un Bouddha assis sur un rocher, la main droite sur son genou droit, son torse paré laissé en biscuit, accompagnés de deux personnages, et deux affleurements rocheux sur lesquels reposent une amphore et un oiseau. Avec socle en bois. Chine, XVI-XVIIe siècle. H : 30 cm. (Recollé, et sautes d'émail) A rare Fahua group of a seated Buddha 16th/17th century Heavily potted as a large impassive figure seated with the right hand resting on the raised right knee, his bare chest set with biscuit jewelled pendants, two small acolytes on little plinths amongst rockwork at the front of the base and two rocky outcrops at his side supporting an amphora and a bird, wood stand. 30cm (11¾in) high (2).
