Two small turquoise-blue porcelain cats mounted in bronze, China, Kangxi period (1662-1722) for the porcelain. Covered in turquoise-blue enamel with manganese in some details, they are seated, facing to the right. They rest on a small gilded copper-alloy cushion, one on a mound of rocks and an oval gilded copper-alloy frame, the other on a tripod table resting on a poly-lobed gilded copper-alloy frame. Total height: 11 and 11.5 cm One with restored legs, one with a detached part.
