Factums where the prosecutors reject the claim of the Order to benefit from a tax exemption. They present here several unassailable arguments; that these are quite ordinary taxes which are not susceptible of exemption, that the Order of Malta has never received titles of personal exemption in Provence, that Louis XIV signed in 1661 a treaty ordering the suppression of all the rulings of exemption to the Dreams and other impositions until then granted to the ecclesiastics. A very good copy.
