Divided in three parts, the work offers the account of his childhood to his entry in the religion, of his refusal to be general of the Order when a voice from the sky obliges him to accept this charge, of his travels in Italy, Germany... and finally of his "precious" death and his miracles. A few pages russeted, short margin portrait at foot. Minor flaws to the binding, missing endpapers, otherwise a fine copy.
