Flintlock lock marked in cursive letters "Manufre - Versailles", flat body, swan neck hammer, battery with retroussis, brass pan with fireguard. Lock marked "B2" surmounted by the phrygian bonnet, corresponding to the controller Daniel BOUYSSAVY, AN IX. Walnut frame with long barrel rising to the muzzle, small cheekpiece at the stock, marked "V", for verified and "H1-4" at the heel. Brass fittings and buttplate, later iron top and screws. One-piece trigger guard and trigger guard, earlier repair at second screw location. Moulded, pinned ramrod holders, iron ramrod with strong head. Total length 78,8 cm. Consulate period. SUP.
