The base in ivory finished in polishing; the title decoration very finely carved and chiseled appearing in two oval reserves. The cover in polished Macassar ebony; the title holder in carved and polished ivory. Work executed by the artist in the 1920s. Signed O. KIN, oval stamp under the base. Height : 8 cm - Length : 11,2 cm - Width : 10,4 cm Provenance : - Amédée Revet, Master ivory carver in Paris. Possible supplier of raw ivory to Georges Bastard and Yokohama O'Kin. - By descent.
