Rare print illustrating the Capture of the Smalah of Abd-el-Kader in 1843 during the French conquest of Algeria. Plate n°6 of the series "Etude aux deux crayons". Printed by Lemercier in Paris. Good margins. 80 x 58 cm. Condition A (rare short tears and a few light foxing on the margins, otherwise good condition).
