"All the works of Billard de Veaux have become very rare", says Lemière; all the more so, reports Lucien Dorbon, that "the author gives such precise details on the Vendéens and the Chouans, that the families whose relatives are named in it chase and destroy this work, hence its rarity".
Bindings rubbed, spines slightly sunned, upper covers damaged. Freckles.
