Skylight, p. 588; Letter to the editor signed by A.B., page 713, who has just attended the balloon launch at Versailles on September 29 [actually the 19th], followed by a humorous reply suggesting the possible uses of balloons and the taxes that could be imposed on them, signed by Patrick O'Flighty
