Serenity and Italian delights in a 16th century palace at Palazzo Seneca, Umbria, Italy
Founded 600 years before Rome and located in the Sibylline Mountains National Park, Norcia, the birthplace of St. Benedict with its medieval walls still intact, is the Italian capital of the black truffle. It is here that the Bianconi family welcomes you since 1850. Built in the 16th century, the Palazzo Seneca tells the story of Umbria. The best craftsmen in Italy have restored it with local materials, creating a perfect harmony between color and light, tradition and design. The scents of the herb garden, the flavors of local products and the privileged environment serve as inspiration for the cuisine of the elegant Vespasia restaurant.
During this two-night stay, you will be accommodated in a deluxe room, featuring beautiful decorative elements reminiscent of the region. You will also enjoy a 5-step dinner for two at the Michelin-starred Vespasia restaurant, accompanied by a wine pairing (3 wines will be tasted) and breakfasts for two.
Other details: during the low season (November to April), the Vespasia restaurant may be closed - please contact the hotel. This stay cannot be booked on Italian holidays.
