JAPAN, 19th century Lot of twenty prints including: By Hiroshige, oban tate-e from a series Tôto meisho (Famous views of the eastern capital), Snow on New Year's Day in Susaki , By Kunisada/Toyokuni III, thirteen oban tate-e, including parts of triptychs, representing actors in various male and female roles. By various artists including Kuniyoshi, six prints including parts of unsigned triptychs. There is a surimono, eight pages of books, two prints dated Meiji 1934, representing rooster and crayfish, two paintings on paper, turtle and crane, rooster and hen, four small prints on crepe.
