PANEL made up of elements of the XVIth century, two bands of crimson velvet, Italy, XVIth century, bearing the traces of sewn and dismantled orphreys. Two bands of orphreys, Italy, 16th century, green satin background, polychrome silk, gold and silver thread embroidered decoration of scrolls in candelabra. Two bands of orphrey, Italy, 16th century, crimson velvet embroidered with gold candelabra of vine leaves scrolls which show some wear and holes. 142 x 129 cm Provenance : Jean-Joseph Marquet de Vasselot (1871- 1946), curator at the Louvre museum in 1902 then at Cluny in 1926, remained in the descendants.
