The "Académie françoise" had to give a second time the prize for eloquence. He addresses to him the speech he gave at the public session of the Academy, at the Saint-Louis: "if this speech has interested the assembly, I owe it to the places which look at the Prince who makes our happiness and the Minister who puts all his aplication to strengthen it".
