André OSTIER (1906-1994) Michel at Rest Silver print signed and dated 1942 lower right 18 x 18 cm French photographer, contributor to Vogue France, he is particularly known for his fashion photos and his portraits of artists. He also photographed social events such as the Ball of the Century given by Charles de Beistegui in Venice in 1951.
