Third edition, the most complete, illustrated with two portraits, nearly 400 blazons engraved on copper in the text.
Provenance: Gilberte de La Queuille, Countess of Langeac, who died in 1766 in Villeneuve-en-Beaujolais (engraved armorial bookplate dated 1754); Philibert and Jules-Germain Cholet (Beaujolais), and Léon Picard (Allier), 19th c., collective bookplate.
