2 autograph letters signed to Henri Parisot. 1 p. in-8 and 2 pp. in-4. Paris, October 1943 - November 1944. He sends him the work of which he has been told. "It is only a sheet folded in two and I regret it because my pleasure would have been greater by offering it to you. I have no news from Char, his silence is for me a very dark thing". He sends her a poem dedicated to René Char. "But you will have to have it copied because I only have the manuscript, which I have taken care of, written as well as I could on large sheets of thick paper, and which I will offer to René Char. He then discusses his work on Shakespeare's sonnets. "It is not a translation that I wanted to do, but what I think I can call an identification [...]". He copies two of them to her, numbered 73 and 97: "If you are interested in the others, it will be a pleasure for me to lend them to you.
