Very rare first edition, of this bibliophilic curiosity printed in only 50 copies. "This innocent pamphlet [...] is intended exclusively for those of my friends who own or are in the process of owning children from 5 to 7 years old. My story, based on the marvellous, may seem a bit old-fashioned. My sole purpose is to amuse the young, not to instruct them. ONE OF 25 COPIES ON COLOURED PAPER (n° 25 on pink paper), enriched with an autograph letter from the author addressed to the bibliophile and politician Louis-René-Antoine Grangier de La Marinière (1814-1882): " à Mr Grangier de la Marinière // hommage de l'auteur // A.
