Fourth edition of this famous poem which has become one of the "classics of the table", the first to include the author's name in all letters, illustrated with a frontispiece engraved by Delignon after Silvestre David Myris and 3 plates engraved by Bovinet, Baquoy and Delvaux after Monsiau and Myris. Beautiful copy in contemporary binding. One corner dulled. Stains on the frontispiece and the edge of the first leaves.
