Serial number SALLHBM34KA635142 French Title The Range Rover, often referred to as the ‘Rolls of the off-roaders’, has been an enduring success since its first appearance in June 1970. The Range Rover’s successful market launch was due to its intrinsic qualities, but also to the fact that there was no similar vehicle. Introduced at the 1992 World Show, the Range LSE was the muscular version of the range, with a monstrous 4.2 litre, 200 horsepower V8 engine. The wheelbase was lengthened, the rear doors were widened, and comfort was improved. Air conditioning, sunroof, leather seats, walnut burr, cruise control, electric seats are standard on this version, and for good reason, it is a Vogue, the most luxurious model ever offered by the British firm. This Range has many useful and crazy options, combined with an incredible torque and an improved road holding, we understand why the charm of this behemoth is always so effective... Our example is delivered in the most interesting colour: the metallic green with its brown interior reminds us of the chic of a top-of-the-range 4 x 4, without sacrificing the ‘adventurous’ aspect of the vehicle. Already a collector’s item, it is now ready to be driven on the muddy roads of the hinterland!
