Our drawings are probably preparatory studies for the engravings published by Parizeau successively in three portfolios: Recueil de figures et de groupes à l'eau-forte (1768), 2nd Recueil de figures drapées (1770-1775) and 4eme suite de figures drapées dessinées et gravées (1777-1778)
