Ralph Johnson BUNCHE - On a paper headed by the United Nations, text by the political scientist "Toward a world at peace in which all men shall enjoy freedom, equality and dignity" signed and dated - Note: Ralph Johnson Bunche was an African-American political scientist and diplomat who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1950 for his mediation in Palestine.
