Following his Edict of 1572, "We grant and give to Anthoine FOURNER, by these presents, the state and office of Procurator postulant to the Seat and Jurisdiction established at the place of GANNAT", given at the Bois de VINCENNES (94), 24 May 1574. Charles IX was King from 1560 to 1574, born in 1550, he died at the age of 24 at the Château de VINCENNES on May 30, 1574. (6 days later)
