Brooch in yellow gold 18k (750 thousandths) representing a head of fawn holding in its mouth a small old cut diamond retaining a white pearl slightly in pear*, the eyes formed by two rubies in cabochon (small accident in one of them), the head of the animal surmounted by two snakes confronting. Signed "F. Boucheron", probably made by Louis Armand Rault, who worked from 1868 as a chiseler with Boucheron. Gross weight: 11,5 g. Size: 3 x 3 cm The pearl has not been analysed by a laboratory, so the Millon auction house does not comment on the nature of the pearl.
