Combes-Dounous Jean-Jacques: "Histoire des guerres civiles de la République romaine, traduite du texte grec d'Appien d'Alexandrie", printed by the Mame brothers, Paris 1808; three volumes in-8 bound in full marbled basane, richly decorated smooth spines, red morocco title-pieces and end-papers, boards marked with gilt irons: "PAGES DU ROI. VERSAILLES" within a crown of lilies au naturel surmounted by the royal crown; the irons on the boards were affixed during the Restoration.
First-Empire period. Good condition.
