Set of three bowls of different shapes

This lot includes the only three bowl forms existing in the Hán-Việt period. Two with vertical sides very slightly flared near the opening and with a slightly curved lower part, one of which is left plain and the other bears a decoration of engraved parallel lines. The last one has a horizontal line in relief in the centre and a small foot.
Similar pieces were found by Olov Janse (Đông Sơn, phase III, excavation 1934-35, Musée Cernuschi, Paris)
