Ceremonial mortar in the shape of a jaguar The rectangular body makes office of a vessel. It is engraved with vertical and horizontal lines forming 4 rectangles. The tail curls at the back while the head emerges at the front. The open mouth reveals fangs. Good condition Valdivia culture, Ecuador 3500 - 1500 B.C.
