Domaine Weinbach is one of the three most prestigious wineries in Alsace. Its wines are recognized worldwide for their extraordinary quality. Collette Faller and her daughters Catherine and Laurence are the owners of 26 hectares distributed among the different Crus of the Kaysersberg Valley. They practice biodynamic and organic viticulture. They have planted riesling, gewürztraminer, pinot gris, sylvaner, pinot blanc, muscat, chasselas and pinot noir. Harvesting is done by hand and, when the vintage is conducive to the development of botrytis, the grapes are harvested in November.
