Generality of BORDEAUX (33). 1726. PRIVILEGES OF THE RIGHTS OF TOLLS. Arrest of the Council of State of King LOUIS XV, of July 9, 26, which orders that in the fortnight of the day of the publication, of the present Decree, all the Private individuals who enjoy privileges, Gifts, Concessions, & Immunities, Rights of Tolls, Ferries, Passages, Bridges, Mills, Fairs & Markets & others, will be held to represent the Titles in virtue of which they enjoy the aforementioned Privileges, failing which, & the aforementioned time passed, they will be null. of July 9, 1726. . Followed by the order of Claude BOUCHER Intendant in the Generality of BORDEAUX. Done in BORDEAUX on August 30, 1726 - From the Printing office of R. Brun, Printer of Monseigneur the Intendant.
