"Arrest of the Council of State of the ROY. which orders that the Private individuals who will have been employed in the Rôlles stopped at the Councils for Acquisitions of Pledges, Increases of Pledges or rights, supplement of Finance, taxes of confirmation of Heredity, Franc-Fief, Amortissements, Sixth Pence, & C. will be able to be constrained with the payment of the two sols for pound of the aforementioned principal sums, only by providing them currently by the Agents with the aforementioned collections the Quittances of Finance duly controlled.
