"Between Messire Claude BERNARD Doctor of Canon Law, Cabiscol in the Cathedral Church of the City of GRASSE, calling as of abuse, of the execution of certain clause put in queüe of the Bulles and provisions of the Provost of the aforementioned Church, granted by Our Holy Father the POPE, carrying dispensation of age in favour of the respondent, & derogation from the statutes of the aforementioned Church, & of all that followed from it...
