History
Annette Julien met Dupas around 1936 and quickly became his new muse. She would appear repeatedly in all his major projects until the end of his life, such as the 1937 World's Fair or the Bourse du Travail in Bordeaux. She was also a subject of inspiration for the sculptors Alfred Janniot and Paul Belmondo.
