Posthumous first edition of this treatise by the Swiss jurisconsult J.-J. Burlamaqui. Barbier does not give the name of the publisher and mentions an in-8 edition. The book is printed with the arms of Boyer de Crémilles, born in 1700. He made his career in the army.
