Ruby-red field with scrolls of buttons and petals of lotus flowers surrounded by fine twisted and serpentine marine branches framing a central metal-embroidered disc inlaid with the dragon (symbol of the emperor) protected by the lion (Fo's dog, Chinese guardian) geometrically stylized in polychrome.
Four spandrels with dragons, clouds (symbol of celestial deity) and stylized multicolored floral compositions.
The main border is coral with geometrical lotus flowers.
