DAVE (Michel). "Poetry is good work". Acrylic marker drawing on paper, mounted in a white mat and wooden frame. Dim. frame: 35 x 33 cm; subject: 22 x 19,6 cm. Michel Dave (°1941) makes a repetitive work, but very codified, of words and colored signs. A major author of art brut, his work is present in major public collections including the Collection de l'Art Brut in Lausanne, the Trinkhall Museum (formerly MADmusée) in Liege and the Museum Dr. Guislain in Ghent.
