Imposing statue of a male figure standing with his arms at his sides, the ends of his legs merging into the thick base, his head crowned with a crested headdress. Gripped by the arms, the statue was used to strike the ground during the funeral rites of important members of the poro society.
Wood with patina of use and traces of polychromy.
