Portfolio containing 45 engravings, 13,2 x 10 cm at the bowl. Merenyi was a well-known painter and graphic artist who studied with Tivadar Zemplényi and István Réti at the Hungarian College of Fine Arts in Budapest. Then, at the free school of Nagybánya in 1926. He painted mainly nudes. From 1914, he exhibited at the National Salon, and from 1926 at the Art Hall.
