In a rectangular wooden case, formerly covered with leather (missing), with spandrels and movable handle on brass plate, engraved "Hôpitaux Ambulants". Iron lock (corroded, without key).
Interior lined with an old pink burlap (worn).
Late 18th or first third of the 19th century.
5 x 38 x 21,8 cm. Cover warped; cracks, shocks.
