CACHET PENDANT SEAL, FRANCE, 19th CENTURY.
Decorated with a woman's head in the antique style, carved in a block of agate, topped with an aigrette set with diamond roses holding a yellow gold clasp set with diamond roses and adorned around the neck with a ribboned bow also set with diamonds. The oval base holds a seal carved with a double head in profile, in a finely chiseled border of yellow gold flowers on a pink gold background dotted with diamond roses. Wear and tear, but good condition.
Probably French work, 19th century.
