Wool velvet on cotton foundation.
Green-bronze field decorated with three large medallions in the form of St. Andrew's crosses and stylized dragons in polychrome, inlaid with three old rose and ruby boxes in the form of stylized tortoise shells.
Five borders, the main one ivory with hooks and stylized geometric multicolored parrots surrounded by a double golden yellow border with oak leaves and stylized chalices.
