with polychrome and gold decoration at the centre of a trophy of country attributes: a hoop, hat, rake, a wreath of foliage surrounded by gold star seeds and a garland, the wing decorated with arabesques, pearl fillet and garlands of foliage in purple, grey and gold on a purple background.
Marked: VV in gold, manufactured by Verneuilh and Vanier.
